Salon/Spa Protocols

We are over joyed to announce that we are opening our Salon/Spa Friday, June 5th. We have missed you all and can’t wait to see you again! Please be patient with us during this time, as our call volumes will be higher than normal. Due to our new protocol, please see the new guidelines that we will be following:
 

Please Come Alone
We are asking that you do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment at this time. 

Appointments for children 
At this time we will not be taking appointments for children 3 years old and under, or children who cannot wear a mask without assistance . This is temporary.

Check in upon Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with reception by calling us from your cell phone.  We will do a brief survey over the phone and will let you know when your service provider will be ready for you.  (If you are being dropped off for your service and do not have a vehicle to wait in, we will make other arrangements for you.)

Coming into the Salon/Spa 

• A clean mask must be worn upon entering our salon. If you do not have one, no worries, we will have them for purchase.

• Sanitize or wash your hands upon entering

• Maintain social distancing of other guests and service providers. 

• Avoid additional contact such as hugs and handshakes

• Our coffee/tea service will not be available at this time and we ask that you please leave your food and drinks in your vehicle.

Rebooking/Payment
Please adhere to the red floor marker lines while waiting to book your next appointment or to pay for your service. We encourage everyone to use debit/credit when possible. Tips can be given directly to your service provider via cash or e-transfer.

Retail Area / Shopping
You are welcome to come in and shop our retail area. Please ask for assistance and we will be more than happy to help make product recommendations for you!

Sanitization
Our service providers are under strict protocol to have all touchable surfaces disinfected prior to your service. Sanitization will be done between each and every client to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Prices/Services
Some of our service prices have changed. Please see our website for our pricelist.  We are currently offering all hair services, massage therapy, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, lash/brow tint, waxing (except for lip & chin) and body treatments! At this time, we cannot offer services on the face that require your mask to be off,  such as facials and makeup, until further notice.
