ONLINE SHIPPING

The Style Merchant orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. 

 

Shipments will be made via Canada Post Xpresspost.

 

We ship within Canada only. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

​

We are not responsible for delays by Canada Post and/or lost/stolen packages. 

 

All shipping fees are non refundable.

 

If your order is returned to us, unclaimed or it was delivered to a wrong address, there will be an additional fee applied to the return

In Store Pick-up

The Style Merchant orders are processed and ready for pick-up within 48 hours. 

Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays) 

 

To avoid shipping fees, items may be picked up in store.


Please show your online confirmation at time of pick-up.


Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise and circumstances beyond our control.

Online Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied or wish to exchange your online purchase, please contact us via email shop@thestylemerchant.ca prior to returning your item(s). We will contact you with steps to proceed.  
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The condition of the returned item(s) will be accessed by our customer care team, prior to confirming your refund.


Tags must be attached, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.

All skin care, cosmetic, or hair care items can be returned or exchanged providing the product has not been opened, damaged or used. It must be returned in original packaging and in the original condition (unopened with seal not broken) and returned within 14 days of purchase. Used product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it has caused an allergic reaction and in this case we must be notified within 48 hours of use. A full description of the reaction and pictures may be required prior to your return.


We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.

Once confirmed, we will then contact you on how to proceed. All returns must be shipped by insured and traceable mail at the cost of the buyer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

In Store Returns

If items are returned in-store, the same conditions will apply and only exchange or store credit will be offered.
