All Biolage items can be returned or exchanged providing the product has not been opened, damaged or used. It must be returned in original packaging and in the original condition (unopened with seal not broken) and returned within 14 days of purchase. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless it has caused an allergic reastion and in this case we must be notified within 48 hours of use. A full description of the reaction and pictures may be required prior to your return.

We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.

Once confirmed, we will then contact you on how to proceed. All returns must be shipped by insured and traceable mail at the cost of the buyer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
