It must be returned in original packaging and in the original condition (unopened with seal not broken) and returned within 14 days of purchase. Used skin care cannot be returned or exchanged unless it has caused an allergic reastion and in this case we must be notified within 48 hours of use. A full description of the reaction and pictures may be required prior to your return.We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
