If you are unsatisfied or wish to exchange your online purchase, please contact us via email shop@thestylemerchant.ca prior to returning your item(s). We will contact you with steps to proceed.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Tags must be attached, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
Once confirmed, we will then contact you on how to proceed. All returns must be shipped by insured and traceable mail at the cost of the buyer. All shipping fees are non refundable.IN STORE RETURNS

We are not responsible for delays by Canada Post and/or lost/stolen packages.
