Once confirmed, we will then contact you on how to proceed. All returns must be shipped by insured and traceable mail at the cost of the buyer. All shipping fees are non refundable.

If items are returned in store, our in store return policy applies. No cash refunds. Exchange or in store credit only.

We ship within Canada only. Delivery time is 3-7 business days
We are not responsible for delays by Canada Post and/or lost/stolen packages. 

All shipping fees are non refundable.

If your order is returned to us, unclaimed or it was delivered to a wrong address, there will be an additional fee applied to the return.

IN STORE PICK-UP

The Style Merchant orders are processed and ready for pick-up within 48 hours. Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays) 

To avoid shipping fees, items may be picked up in store.

Please show your online confirmation at time of pick-up.
